The app is available in English and this is what you can do: view uninvoiced/invoiced transactions, categorize your transactions, read FAQ about First Card and the card insurance, get in touch with Customer Service and access offers and benefits. Here's where you open your card for online purchases and also block your card geographically. Tip! Allow notifications and you will be notified when a purchase has been made with your card.

How do I start?
To access all parts of First Cards app you need Mobile BankID to log in, an iPhone or an Android phone where you can download the app.
What you can access while not being logged
You can always get in touch with customer service, block your card and see the FAQ eventhough you're not logged in.
How to connect to the Mobile BankingID
- Apply for a Mobile BankingID in your netbank
- download the "Mobilt BankID" app in your smartphone and finnish your registration.
